The water is heated with a very small amount of wood. The heated water stays warm for up to 24 hours! The dams are insulated with a fire-resistant vermiculite compound specially designed for wall dams. This material does not collect moisture and insulates well, which means that the heated water stays warm for a long time, up to 24 hours! The inner pot is made of wear-resistant stainless steel and is easy to lift out for cleaning. The 50 litre masonry pot is available with a black painted steel jacket. The 50 litre Kota Kettle comes with an optional Kevythorm connector, which allows the Kota Kettle to be connected to the Kota 15 Steel Horm.
