Schmid Lina 55 h is an elegant fireplace with a lift hatch, made entirely in Germany under strict quality control. The Lina fireplace hearth provides a safe and efficient source of heat. The desired shell structure is built around the fireplace heart. For the construction material we recommend Silca board! Cleaning the glass hatch of the fireplace is easy. The material used for the inner stones is velvet, which is highly resistant to heat and shocks. The ash removal is conveniently done with an ash pan lifted from the firebox and the heat output can be adjusted with a single lever. The firebox has the option of bringing in combustion air from outside the house via a pipe. Instructions for use in Finnish are supplied.

Lightness and tightness: The glass door of the fireplace moves quietly and without the use of force thanks to a very easy-running bearing. The glass hatch with its seals presses against the fireplace frame when closed. Glass hatch mouldings:Steel stainless steel mouldings keep the mouldings tight. Ash does not accumulate in the mouldings, but drips back into the firebox. The hatch stays clean. Fire air supply:Fire air is blown into the firebox from above and below the hatch. This keeps the glass of the hatch clean. Wood combustion is completed by supplying combustion air also from under the grate. The wood burns cleanly regardless of the amount of combustion air supplied. High quality cast iron grate: The grate is made of 15mm thick cast iron. There is no need to remove the cast iron grate to remove the ash: fold the grate against the back wall and remove the ash tray. Fire air connection:Standard on all fireplaces. For connection of external combustion air. Fire air can be taken from the side, rear or bottom. This gives a fully enclosed fireplace system. Adjustable feet:Standard on all fireplaces. You can always get your fireplace heart at the right height with the screw-in adjustment feet. Excellent combustion air control: Depending on your heating needs, combustion air control can work wonders. Fire air control is done with a single lever at the bottom of the hatch. Adjusting the heat output and combustion time has never been so easy. Fireplug dome: The fireplug dome is the main heat dissipator in the fireplace. The hot flue gas releases heat through the cast iron dome into the circulating air. Cast iron can withstand very high temperatures and is a durable material. The cast iron dome can be turned in all directions and is adjustable for all connections. Ease of maintenance: All parts are accessible through service hatches inside the fireplace core.
