You can easily adjust Seiskanen’s height and shape to suit your sleep comfort. The pillow features two filling openings, allowing you to add or remove filling as needed. The main part of the pillow has a zippered filling pocket at the outer edge where you can adjust the amount of THERA-RHOMB® material. The fine ESP filling, on the other hand, can be removed from the lower section of the long pillow. Aim to adjust the pillow so your spine stays in a straight, natural alignment.
