The massive stone volume stores heat and creates soft, deep, and long-lasting löyly, combining gentle steam with sharper bursts when water is poured directly onto the stones. Thanks to its carefully designed structure and airflow system, the stones heat efficiently, while the optimal bathing temperature is approximately 60–70 °C. Havu is ready for löyly after just one load of wood, making it an excellent choice for spacious sauna environments.
