The Camina & Schmid Lina 45 s is a premium single-sided fireplace insert engineered for seamless integration into custom fireplace surrounds and refined interiors. Available in two height variants — 51 cm and 57 cm — with a front width of 450 mm, the Lina 45 s offers exceptional installation flexibility thanks to its quickly adjustable overall height and easy-to-dismantle design for hassle-free transport. The insert features a self-closing hinged door with adjustable lower air washing for optimised combustion, and the fire box inner lining is available in white chamotte, anthracite chamotte, or anthracite cast iron to suit any interior aesthetic.
A high-grade cast-iron dome with all fully movable parts adjusts between 0–90°, giving precise control over heat direction and distribution. With a nominal heat output of 7 kW and a thermal output range of 3.4–7.8 kW, the Lina 45 s delivers 75% of its heat convectively and 25% through radiant output via the viewing window, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere in any room. Rated energy efficiency class A with an efficiency of over 78%, this insert complies with the 1st Federal Emissions Control Ordinance Stage 2 and meets EU Regulation 2015/1186. The flue gas connector measures Ø 180 mm, with a Ø 125 mm combustion air connector available on the left, right, rear, or bottom; an optional Ø 150 mm bottom combustion air connector and double glazing are available at a surcharge. Recommended log length is 33 cm, and the unit weighs between 200 and 230 kg depending on configuration.
